Refund Policy
We stand behind our handmade gear and the care that goes into every order. Because each item is made to order, our refund, replacement, and shipping policies are designed to be clear, fair, and practical.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without additional charges, as long as the order has not already been made, packaged, or shipped.
After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@bolderk9.com.

Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage, chewing, normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by allowing gear to drag on the ground.
We do offer replacements for verified material or manufacturing defects. Replacement eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Bolder K9.

Color & Handmade Variation
We do our best to photograph and display product colors and swatches as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, material batches, and natural variation.
Because our gear is handmade and customized to each order, the final product may vary slightly from what is shown online. Placement, proportions, hardware, stitching, braiding, layout, and overall appearance may differ depending on your selected options and the handmade process.
Color differences, natural material variation, and handmade variation are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.

Package Not Received
All Bolder K9 packages come standard with shipping insurance. If your package is lost in transit or not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement.
Free replacement orders are sent on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at the discretion of Bolder K9.

Mail Forwarding Services
If your package is shipped to a mail forwarding or freight forwarding service, you do so at your own risk. Once the package is delivered to the forwarding service, Bolder K9 is not responsible for lost packages, damage, delays, additional shipping costs, customs fees, or any issues that occur after delivery to the forwarding location.
We are not able to assist with tracking down a package once it has left the country. All orders must be shipped directly to a residence, business, or postal location that you physically have access to.
Bolder K9 reserves the right to cancel orders shipped to forwarding services at our discretion.
