The Voyager Sewn BioThane Tug Toy is a compact, no-nonsense training tug designed for motivation, engagement, and reward-based play. Built with 5/8" Beta BioThane and reinforced using heavy-duty Decron thread—the same thread commonly used in sail repairs—this tug toy is made to perform in all conditions.
With a low-profile design and a short overall length, it’s easy to stash in a pocket, training vest, or bag so it’s always within reach when you need it.

We're dedicated and committed to our craft, as well as our customer service.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without additional charges, as long as the order has not been made, packaged or shipped. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bolderk9.com.
We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage such as chewing or wear and tear. We do offer replacements for any defects to materials. We do offer exchanges on our harnesses.

How do I care for my BioThane® gear? +
BioThane® is waterproof, odor-resistant, and easy to maintain. Most dirt wipes off with warm water and mild soap. For heavier messes, soak in diluted oxiclean (unscented), then rinse and dry thoroughly. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to strong DEET-based insect repellents, which may affect the coating over time.
What if my dog chews through an item? +
Our gear is designed for durability, but no product is chew-proof. Damage caused by chewing is not covered under warranty. If something happens unexpectedly, reach out — we’re always happy to review the situation and see what options may be available.
What is considered normal wear and tear? +
Normal wear includes cosmetic signs of use such as minor scuffs, scratches, fading, or coating wear on hardware over time. Black hardware may naturally show silver underneath with regular use — this is expected and cosmetic only. Wear from chewing, misuse, improper storage, or unsafe restraint is not covered.
How much is shipping and how long will my order take? +
Our production time for most orders is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with free shipping available on orders over $75. Need it sooner? We also offer expedited processing options when available.
How are your products packaged? +
Orders are packaged simply and intentionally to protect your gear while minimizing waste. We focus on practical packaging that gets your order safely to you — nothing excessive.
Do you offer returns or exchanges? +
Because most items are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns on custom gear. If there is a sizing issue, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to help find a solution. If there is an issue with workmanship or a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? +

How do I choose the right size? +

Can BioThane® get wet? +
Yes — BioThane® is fully waterproof and made for muddy trails, rainy walks, dock diving, and everyday adventure. It won’t absorb water, hold odor, or stay soggy like traditional materials.

Contact Us →The ball is smaller and lighter weight than I expected. I have purchased chew king brand balls before and they are much harder to squish. This one is easy to squish making me question if it will hold up to my working dogs.

Absolutely love it! I’ve had other brands but the dirt always got wedged in the grooves and felt super unsanitary. This one is perfection and strong enough to play fetch or tug with my hard bite Malinois.

Have purchased one in the past and it’s great quality. My dog loved it but the second time I never received my shipment.
I’ve ordered leashes from here before but this would be my first fetch toy. I love the colors, the feel of the handle and how easier this will be to clean than the other toy I was using from the store. The length of the handle is perfect and easy to carry on a walk to use for training as well if your dog is ball motivated; no more getting your fingers nipped at. Overall, I love it!

This is a great toy! my pitbull loves it. the chuck-it fetch balls last a couple months with her, and they’re her favorite. she loves tug too, so being able to do both in one toy that i can also put in my jacket pocket and rinse off later is killer. i got the sewn version, which means once she eats through the ball, i’ll have to re-sew it or get another, but i was worried the snap would pop off during play.
My GSD puppy loves tugging on this! The quality is phenomenal, and I have zero worries about it falling apart.
